Wednesday - Thursday 28/2-1/3/2018

This is a reasonably true and accurate reflection of last night. I was actually in bed at 21:00 with "lights out" at 22:00. I woke up at 04:40 craving tea and then thought "bugger it, I'll stay up - no point lying awake for an hour". At least the time I did sleep was good quality and well-balanced, with more deep and REM sleep than I usually get.
