WEEKLY SUMMARY 5-11/2/2018

The restless Sunday night last week (which I will NOT repeat tonight!) has clearly let down the whole week, which was otherwise well-disciplined, with regular meditation, pushing the "not conscious" average over the target line. The other good news is that this was the week where I finally established an achievable routine that I am able to stick to. With my brain now getting used to and expecting this newly established rhythm, it looks good for wellbeing in later life with a significantly diminished risk of disease.
