A self-inflicted short night with some interesting observations. On going to bed late there is a rise in sleep efficiency but I don't naturally awake that much later than normal.
This was an unexpectedly long dense sleep with most of the restlessness compressed into one hour. However REM and Deep Sleep were unusually low. There was the usual cycling between stages, but never staying long outside Light Sleep.
