Monday - Tuesday 26-27/3/2018

This was not only the best sleep since I've started recording, it was also one of the most interesting with everything but the kitchen sink. It splits nicely into three phases: The first phase I have very little memory of, sleeping well and deeply. Then between three and five I was highly restless - too awake to nod back off and too sleepy to get up. Finally I went into dreamy phase 3, though I don't remember the dreams. 
This kind of sleep is probably the most natural and best for me, but I need an unrealistic 10 hours in bed to achieve it!
