Friday - Saturday 26-27/1/2018

Friday-Saturday is the most sleep-deprived time of the week and you can see how my brain has partially-compensated - sleep efficiency and deep sleep is increased, and no restlessness around 3-4 - just a quick wee.

This sleep-deprivation is not just due to the Weekend Job but is also a conscious choice - I like to watch The Last Leg on Friday night and I don't want to forgo a "marital enrichment opportunity" in the morning, which requires getting up an hour before so the "magic tablet" has time to work ; )
