I knew in advance and by conscious choice that I wouldn't get enough sleep last night - I had quality time with my son in the evening and with Missus in the morning. There are however several consolation prizes - this sleep is very well-balanced with over an hour in deep sleep and sleep efficiency slightly up. In addition, resting/minimum heart rate is down to a very healthy 67bpm!
Tonight will be no great improvement in sleep length, but the plan is for a healthy disciplined fresh start on Sunday.
