A "better than it felt" sleep - the times when I was awake were uncomfortable, due to a sore throat/mild cold and both cats deciding to sleep on my side of the bed! I now keep a bottle of water on the bedside table to relieve overnight thirst/dehydration, which I used last night, reducing sleep disruption.

Of interest is that light sleep was longer than average at the expense of REM sleep, but overall sleep length, deep sleep length and sleep efficiency were average.
