Tuesday - Wednesday 6-7/2/2018

After the indiscipline of Sunday night, The last two days have been as good as it gets with my current knowledge and circumstances - an hour plus in meditation in the afternoon, lights out at 22:00 and up at 06:00, delivering 6 hours plus sleep from an 80+% sleep efficiency in eight hours in bed. I believe that this is the bare minimum I need to maintain wellbeing into old age. I hope to eventually find techniques to increase sleep efficiency into the nineties.
