Good "sleep hygiene" and anti-cough aromatherapy paid dividends for another night with another "as good as it gets" sleep. 

I've noticed Fitbit can't tell the difference between lying down relaxed, the trance-state induced by meditation or sleep. Since it only has pulse to go on, it can be forgiven this. Lights went out at 22:00 so sleep efficiency was actually higher
