Monday - Tuesday 11-12/6/2018

This quality sleep was actually even better than tracked, as my alarm went off at 06:00, so sleep efficiency was actually in the nineties. I confused the tracker by being slow to get out of bed. 
I don't know why this sleep was particularly good, though cool air and low humidity certainly contributed. Coupled with the hour's meditation on Monday afternoon (not tracked) I feel very refreshed.
